Circuit Pilates at Camden
Starting from May 2016, we are offering Circuit Pilates at Camden. Our Camden studio is unique as we are working out of a physiotherapy practice which allows us to work more synergistically with the physiotherapists.
To maximise the use of space, we are unable to have group Reformer and Tower classes, but seeing the need for group classes at all our studios, we will be offering circuit Pilates at our Camden studio.

It’s been awhile since our last client conversation and this month we speak to Yi Peng. Apart from his day job in the finance sector, Yi Peng is also a bike racer and a member of an elite amateur cycling team, the Specialised Mavericks, that competes in races across Southeast Asia!

$20 Trial Classes at Breathe Pilates Galaxis & Parkway
Starting from this month, to cater to the corporate crowd around our Galaxis studio as well as for parents who are dropping their kids off at Parkway, we will be offering $20 trial classes on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 -1pm at Galaxis and on Saturday from 12 – 1pm at Parkway.
If you have a friend who always thought Pilates was just ‘Yoga on the Reformer’ this is a great time for them to experience what Pilates really is!
Can Pilates replace weights workouts for endurance athletes?
The majority of endurance athletes accept the idea that strength training is beneficial for their sport. While strength training alone will not replace running, cycling, or swimming, it can supplement your training in terms of injury prevention, correcting imbalances, and improving power for small bursts of speed on hills or at the end of a race.
