Foundation Group Classes

Available at Breathe Pilates Novena Medical Center and The Heeren.

The class aims to teach participants the fundamental principles of Pilates, which include concepts such as breath control, concentration, centering, precision, control, and flow. These principles form the core of Pilates exercises and contribute to the overall mind-body connection that Pilates promotes.

The Fundamentals Of The Foundational Class

The Foundation class is designed to introduce you to the basic concepts of Pilates, the terminology, the language we use, but also to build the body up in order to eventually be able to move on regular group classes that we offer.
