What makes a good Pilates instructor
Like most teachers, each Pilates Instructor varies in their abilities as well. Few are good, others are great and some are fantastic! Every BODY is different and unique, and there are a variety of exercises within the system’s repertoire that allow an Instructor to choose specific exercises to suit an individual client. The smallest of modifications can make all the difference to a client’s experience.

What are the pre-requisites before starting Pilates Teacher Training?
You’ll need to do at least 30 hours of pilates prior to starting the course. This does not have to be done at Breathe but ideally at a studio that teaches the STOTT PILATES method. You’ll also need a working knowledge of the anatomy. However, if you don’t have it, we do have an anatomy workshop that you can take.
