Week 1: Pre & Postnatal Body Changes & Recovery
Discover the physical changes your body experiences during and after pregnancy with Core Concepts.
This session covers vital topics like pelvic floor health, managing mastitis, and setting realistic expectations for your body’s recovery post-childbirth. Learn how to support your body through a holistic approach to healing both during pregnancy and in the postpartum phase.
Week 2: Feeding Essentials For Newborns
Join a Eliza, one of Singapore’s most respected Lactation Consultants from Tender Loving Milk to learn the key principles of breastfeeding and ‘off the breastfeeding’ and how to overcome common challenges, and ways to nurture a successful relationship both in the early days and beyond.
Week 3: Nutrition & Supplements for Pre & Postnatal Health
Led by Dr. Cheryl Kam, this workshop focuses on essential nutrition and supplements during pregnancy and after childbirth.
Learn how to fuel your body for energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing during this transformative period.
Week 4: Newborn Sleep Patterns and Self-Care in the Early Days
Join Anahita Bhatia from Anahita Bhatia Sleep Coaching for a practical session on newborn sleep patterns and managing self-care postpartum. Learn techniques to encourage restful routines for your baby and find ways to prioritise your own rest when sleep is limited.
Week 5: Choosing Toxin-Free Products for a Healthier Home and Family
In collaboration with Dr. Deborah Wong, this workshop will explore clean, non-toxic products for your home and how to create a safe, healthy environment for you and your baby during pregnancy and after childbirth.
Week 6: Conscious Parenting
Join Maguelonne Rousseau, a licensed counsellor specialising in parenting guidance, to explore Conscious Parenting—a mindful parenting approach that fosters deep connections, emotional intelligence, and resilience.

This Happy Parent, Happy Baby Programme is for expectant mums and new mums that want more from their antenatal course. This is essentially an advanced course that focuses on holistic wellbeing led by some of Singapore’s leading experts.
This programme also includes 6 group classes for you to attend pre and postnatal Pilates classes to help you gain strength and aid recovery post-birth, taught by our experienced Pilates Instructors.

The Happy Parent, Happy Baby Programme is a 6 week workshop series which includes weekly expert led talks dedicated to supporting mums-to-be and new mums.
Each week, we will focus on a different theme:

Each talk is around 1 hour followed by a Q&A. You may want to bring a notepad and pen / tablet to make notes during the workshop.
