  • This Happy Parent, Happy Baby Programme is for expectant mums and new mums that want more from their antenatal course. This is essentially an advanced course that focuses on holistic wellbeing led by some of Singapore’s leading experts.

    This programme also includes 6 group classes for you to attend pre and postnatal Pilates classes to help you gain strength and aid recovery post-birth, taught by our experienced Pilates Instructors.

  • The Happy Parent, Happy Baby Programme is a 6 week workshop series which includes weekly expert led talks dedicated to supporting mums-to-be and new mums.

    Each week, we will focus on a different theme:

    • Week 1 - Pre & Post Natal Body Changes (Physiotherapy)

    • Week 2 - Breastfeeding Essentials (Lactation & Weaning)

    • Week 3 - Nutrition & Supplementation

    • Week 4 - Newborn Sleep Patterns & Self-Care

    • Week 5 - Choosing Toxin-Free Products For A Healthier Home & Family

    • Week 6 - Conscious Parenting (Communication).

    Each talk is around 1 hour followed by a Q&A. You may want to bring a notepad and pen / tablet to make notes during the workshop.

    The programme includes 6 x group classes and you will also receive a welcome goodie bag with special treats from our partners.
