My journey began with the birth of my older daughter in 2006. The realisation that having a strong postpartum support team was so vital led me on my journey as a parent partner: a certified holistic sleep coach and postpartum doula.

Most importantly, I am a mama to my two wonderful girls who inspired me to walk this path. With a teen and a tween in our home, I realise that parenting is dynamic and evolving with different challenges along the way.
