Rika Kang
Instructor

Korean born and raised in Japan, Rika started her career in Consulting and relocated to Singapore in 2019 to manage projects across Asia. While the corporate world was an interesting and challenging experience, Rika had a defining moment when she discovered Pilates in 2021.

Practicing Pilates not only reduced her constant neck and lower back pain but also gave Rika the feeling she never had before – “I was amazed at how I felt strong and balanced after each Pilates class.”

Having always wanted to teach, and discovering that she was fast becoming passionate about Pilates, she made the decision to become a full-time Pilates instructor.

Rika’s goal is to help clients find joy and strength through movement, and empower them to take great care of their body and mind for the long term. Whether recovering from an injury, looking to improve posture, or simply wanting to stay healthy, Rika will create customized, science-based programs that fit unique goals.

In her leisure time, Rika enjoys playing golf and going to the beach with her two rescue dogs. She is fluent in both English and Japanese and conversational in Korean.
