As a wedding and events florist, Rebecca constantly suffered from backaches due to the physical demands of her job. She then discovered Pilates by chance and realised how effective it was in helping her mobilise her spine. Over a few sessions, she noticed an improvement in her overall strength, posture and especially liked how a low impact exercise can reap significant benefits. She appreciates the mindful movement in Pilates, such as incorporating proper breath pattern and mind-body awareness through each movement.

Over the years of practising, Rebecca has shared the benefits of pilates and influenced her close friends and family to discover the joy of pilates. It was through those interactions that sparked her interest to take up the STOTT pilates instructor training programme to have a deeper understanding of pilates and its principles. Rebecca looks forward to creating sessions specific to each person’s needs and share more about the benefits of pilates.
