Rachel discovered Pilates while searching for a long-term solution to a range of body aches that had accumulated over the years due to the physical demands of her previous job, which placed stress on her back and shoulders. She was also dealing with knee pain from improper home workouts and chronic lower back issues.
After a few Pilates sessions, Rachel realized the importance of intentional movement to prevent injury and improve overall well-being. This sparked her desire to dive deeper into the Pilates method, forever changing her perspective on health and fitness.
Since then, Rachel has dedicated herself to helping clients with rehabilitation, transitioning through pre- and post-natal stages, and supporting individuals in their fitness journeys. She believes in the value of lifelong learning and the importance of mastering proper movement for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
